My most frequently requested newel, the N108 is the largest newel that I produce. This fine newel post requires a custom made cap to fit the profile of your handrail. If I am not providing the handrail I ask my customers to ship a small cross section of their handrail to me to create the cap. This massive newel is sent to you ready to paint or stain. It is available in Red Oak, Maple, Poplar and Cherry. If you need another wood species let me know.
