Synopsis: $100,000 in property taxes?

How would you like to have a yearly property tax liability of nearly $100,000? No I am not talking about what property taxes may become fifty years from now. I am talking about a new home in West Hartford, CT with a tax liability of $97,051. The 50,000 square foot home of Arnold Chase has been assessed by the local assessor at over 3.5 million dollars though it market value is appraised well over that. You can read the full article (with images of the home) here: Massive Mansion
