This is another rectangular table with large tapered legs. The painted legs are 4 inches wide at the top but taper very sharply to the bottom. I've rendered the base of the table as painted but the top as a stained hardwood. The top is 36 inches wide and 72 inches long - 1 1/2 inches thick. You should always allow extra overhang on the ends to permit armchair to nest under the table top. And so the base on this table sits 6 inches inside the table top.
