This particular arrangement has the baluster squares atthe base horizonal as well as the baluster profile at the top.	This arrangement of balusters has a the bottom squares arranged horizontally but the top squares follow the rail angle.
This arrangement has the top and the bottom of the baluster profile angled to follow th rail angle.	And lastly, these balusters are fastened to a small wall instead of the treads. As such they are angled top and bottom
